Quick Start Guide
I am so excited and grateful that you’ve taken the step of starting the Skinny Genes program. I know from first-hand experience how maddening and frustrating it is to struggle with weight and emotional eating. Both I, and my collaborator Brittany Watkins, have both personally battled it for much of our lives. It wasn’t until we began to apply the principles in the Skinny Genes program that we were finally able to get control of our weight and lives. Now, our mission is to share our secrets, and help you do the same!
Systematically, week by week, Brittany and I will guide you through this program. Starting with the basic skill of controlling your cravings, you’ll learn cutting-edge techniques for breaking free from self-defeating patterns. Each week builds upon the previous week, and if you stick with the program, it’s likely you’ll lose weight and keep it off.
Each week you’ll receive a lesson, and audio and video material. We give you a reasonable amount to do, without being overwhelming. We know it’s important that a weight loss program fit into your busy lifestyle. If you’ve completed the week’s assignment, you’ll find great additional resources in the Bonuses section. Read the lessons, and tap along with the audio programs.
Week 1 is live right now; Week 2 will become live seven days later, Week 3 seven days after later, and so on. Don’t jump ahead; each week’s skill is carefully designed to build on the week before.
